Payment Methods & Ordering Process
Dear Customer,
As a general rule, you can choose from the following payment methods to pay for your order:
Payment by Bank Transfer (Advance Payment)
After receiving your order confirmation, you can pay for your order by bank transfer in advance. Once the payment has been received in our bank account, your order will be dispatched.

Klarna Sofort (Instant Bank Transfer)
Klarna Sofort is an instant bank transfer payment method. To use this payment option, select “Pay with Klarna” at checkout and then choose “Sofort”.
You will be redirected to the secure payment page operated by Klarna to enter your online banking details. First, select your country and then choose the bank from which you would like to make the transfer. You can search for your bank by entering its BIC, bank code, or bank name.
Payment by Instalments (Klarna)
With Klarna Instalments, you receive your goods first and pay for your purchase in fixed or flexible instalments through Klarna over a period of up to 24 months.
To use Klarna Instalments, simply select Klarna at checkout and choose Instalments as your payment option, if available. You will then receive a monthly statement and can decide how much you would like to pay each month, provided you pay at least the minimum amount shown on your statement. You may also repay the outstanding balance in full at any time.
When you use Klarna Instalments for the first time, a Klarna account will be created for you. Any future purchases made using Klarna Instalments will also be managed and billed through this account.
Please make sure to use the same email address each time you choose Klarna Instalments. Otherwise, multiple Klarna instalment accounts or payment agreements may be created.
Payment via PayPal
PayPal allows you to pay securely, easily, and quickly when shopping online. Your payment is processed immediately, enabling us to dispatch your order as soon as possible.
To pay with PayPal, you need a registered PayPal account, which can be created free of charge. Customers who do not have a PayPal account can also complete their purchase using a credit or debit card, where available.

Payment by Invoice
With Payment on Invoice, you receive your goods first and pay afterwards. Simply select Payment on Invoice during the checkout process. All payment details will be included in the invoice sent to you.
Please note: Payment on Invoice is not available for first-time customers. This payment option is activated after your first order has been paid in full. A customer account is required. Orders placed as a guest are always treated as first-time customer orders and are therefore not eligible for Payment on Invoice.
Ordering Process
1. Shopping Cart
Select the products you wish to order by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. This will place the selected items in your shopping cart.
You can change your selection at any time before submitting your order by adjusting the product quantities, removing items from your cart, or cancelling the ordering process.
Click the “Checkout” button to proceed to the next step of the ordering process.
2. Checkout
If you already have a customer account, please log in using your email address and password. If you do not have an account yet, please register as a new customer.
Your data will be collected, processed, and used in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (see our Privacy Policy). Your data will not be used for any other purposes or shared with third parties.
If you are already logged in, you can now select your preferred shipping method. Click the “Continue” button to proceed to the next step of the ordering process.
3. Check Billing Address / Select Payment Method
Please check your billing address and select your preferred payment method. Click the “Continue” button to proceed to the next step of the ordering process.
4. Check Shipping Address / Select Shipping Method
Please check your shipping address and select your preferred shipping method. Click the “Continue” button to proceed to the next step of the ordering process.
5. Complete Order Process / Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
You will receive an overview of your order, including the selected products, shipping and billing addresses, and your contact details. Please check that all information is correct and carefully read the Terms and Conditions and the Withdrawal Information.
You can only proceed with your order if you agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy by ticking the relevant checkboxes.
By clicking the “Buy” button, you submit your order to us and make a legally binding offer to purchase.
