Unfortunately, we also need to slightly adjust our shipping costs effective from 4 May.

Our shipping partner has announced a general price increase:

+ €0.20 per parcel
In addition, a variable fuel surcharge may apply depending on current fuel prices.

We pass these additional costs on to our customers without any markup and thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Costs within Germany:

We ship for a flat rate of €4.90

Shipping for all Cooling Gel Products and First Care Kits is €6.90.

For parcels up to 1 kg via DHL.

For parcels over 1 kg via DPD.

Free shipping on orders with a net value of €100 or more.

Shipping Costs to Spain: Delivery via DPD

Up to 2 kg – €20.00
Up to 5 kg – €23.00
Up to 10 kg – €26.00
Up to 20 kg – €30.00
Over 20 kg – €35.00

All prices include 19% German VAT.
